Nobody knows exactly when that day will come. It could be within a year or even 50 years or more from now.
But contents creators can make contents on AI and earn some view counts and AI companies can maintain their stock prices while the AI hype continues. That seems to be true. If these increase your anxiety and uncomfortableness, keep away from these is a valid choice. Getting bothered your life and time with a single topic is not healthy way to live.
